This is so good!!! We are not a soup family but we love this. You can spice it up with some chopped jalapenos if you like. Or you can use a hotter salsa.

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 16oz jar salsa
3 pkgs dry taco seasoning ( I like the Old ElPaso brand)
6 cups chicken broth
4-5 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can corn
1 can pinto beans

Put the above in a large pot and heat through. Serve with shredded cheese and chopped avacados. This makes a large serving but you won't have to worry about leftovers. I have to limit how often I make this because we devour it.
