That raw egg is an excellent source of Vitamin D? If you take the yolk of a raw egg and make a facial mask of it you are infusing your skin directly with good strong Vitamin D! Then after you do that take the white of the egg and that is an excellent exfoliate! Your skin will look fresh and lovely.

That if you take avocado and mayo, mix it together and condition your hair with it that your hair will be bouncy and shiney? But be sure to rinse it out with cold water!!

That if you take avocado, honey, baby apricots and mix them together, they make a wonderful facial? You blend in it a mixer and then put on your face. Leave it til it dries and then wash it off with warm water. Then take half/half and mix with lemon juice, pat on face and leave overnight. The avocado mixture draws out impurities in your skin. Example: Chelsea had the huge pimple like thing on her face for 2 years. She started putting the avocado mixture and with in two weeks it was gone!! The half&half mixture smooths and softens your skin.

I have tried all of these and they work!

My 13 yr old had some nasty acne! I'm sure he would love to know I was telling ya'll this!! But I had him start putting apple cider vinegar on his face twice a day and in one week his face was clear!!
