1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp baking soda
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Heat oven to 400*. Cream together first 4 ingredients. Then combine with next 4 ingredients. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into tsp size balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 mins. Makes 6 dozen.

Thanks Judy! I will have to make these as gifts for my nieghbors at christmas!! _________________ Proud Momma to 3 adult children (22, 20 and 19) 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 parakeets, 5 ducks, 24 chickens and 1 hubby. |
