Just an FYI -
Winter is coming on and that means hens will start laying less, or even stop laying altogether. It's not the cold that causes the egg production to drop, it's the shorter days. You can attempt to maintain normal egg production by extending the daylight hours with artificial lighting to equal about 14 hours of 'daylight' each day.

My girls just turned 24 weeks today. So they should start laying soon but with winter almost here I bet I don't get any eggs.
