Cheesy Porkchop and Potato Bakeabout 6 porkchops
6-7 potatoes
1 onion, sliced
2 cans fiesta cheese soup
Brown porkchops. Place in bottom of a deep baking dish. Spread sliced onions on top of porkchops. Peel and slice potatoes and put ontop of onions. Spoon soup on top of potatoes. Do NOT dilute the soup. It will make a wonderful sauce as it cooks. Cover dish and bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours.
