I am so tickled right now. I was out checking on the chickens (of course) and when I passed my flower garden I noticed some green shoots coming up. I looked and they were coming up in the rows where I planted some garlic. It is my GARLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy. I must have done something right because my garlic is coming up!!! I planted about 50 cloves of organic garlic I bought at the grocery store. By next spring I should have alot of garlic!!!

You are suppose to be able to harvest it in the spring so head on up right after Easter. I can't wait. I'll start a thread later today on how to plant and grow it. I really researched it just because I've never done it until now. It was easy!

I have a huge clump, gets bigger every year, of elphant garlic that comes up every year, it so strong that if I eat it raw my wife won't kiss me for a week. So I keep some in my pocket at all times and pop it in my mouth whenever she gives me that look. Also, I havn't seen one vampire since I planted the garlic.
