I lost my Dottie.

She was my favorite ancona. Im not sure what or who got her because all we found were feathers. They went around the yard so the suspects are my dogs. But there was a huge hawk sitting in a tree nearby. There was no blood around, no body parts. If it happens again I will get rid of my dogs and train Sugari (Chelsea's pup) not to mess with the chickens.

Well today Rufus was chasing another ancona. I thought. Dottie is alive!!! I think she ran under one of the sheds to hide from the dogs. She is now with her sisters and doing fantastic.
